**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brand Portfolio Pricing : Assists in integrating multiple price data and do initial analysis to highlight opportunity and generate key actions
- Price Pack Architecture: Analyze incentive curves and value chain vs competitors to accelerate business performance
- Mix: Regular analysis on how Mix (Channel and Region) drives Profitability
- Promotions: Create and maintain Integrated Sales performance and promotion calendar data
- Trade Term Management: Track and analyze different potential accounts trading
- Drive continuous RM improvement cycle:

- Supporting curriculum creation, training activities and development tools for Commercial team
- Assist in reporting back to management team on RM related progress and agenda
- Support other functions:

- Provide insights on how sales performance drives specific P&L results
- Assists in business case creation and recommendations
- Provide financial analysis and RM recommendations to ensure any initiatives do drive business to the right direction

**Critical Experiences and Competencies**:

- Deep understanding in commercial and solid fundamental in Finance: Background in commercial finance and business partnering is preferred
- Strong skill in Microsoft excel and data analysis
- Fluent in English (Oral, Reading and Written)
