Jakarta, Indonesia PT Global Tiket Network (tiket.com) Full time

Your main duties in flying with us:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the department's business strategy and long-term vision, and its impact on company’s business models
- Oversee and communicate the department’s business strategy and work plans
- Create, evaluate, and align the team's various business development strategic roadmaps to ensure direct commercial contributions
- Assist in discussions and negotiations with internal and external partners to review and finalize arrangements and commercial contracts
- Enhance the team's analytical capabilities by establishing norms and systems for effective market knowledge collection and documentation, ensuring excellence in business operations
- Supervise the department’s financial monitoring and analysis processes
- Drive revenue and growth initiatives such as pricing optimization, partnership schemes, marketing enhancements, and product growth, working closely with respective teams
- Lead the implementation of strategic business initiatives and oversee the performance and profitability of multiple projects
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnership Managers, and others to identify key drivers for achieving business performance targets.
- Bachelor in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, or a similar analytical role within the e-commerce or travel industry. Experience with To Do or experience products is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools is preferred
- Ability to think strategically about revenue generation and develop actionable plans
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non technical audiences
- Strong initiative and ability to drive projects to completion independently
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Would be a bonus if having Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools and Familiarity with yield management principles.
