**Job Role**:
Responsible to contribute as a Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Hunter Team, under Recruitment Department, this person will be contributing from utilizing and managing our HRIS or ATS, building recruitment database, developing talent pool for each open job, to approaching prospective talents, and expanding pipeline both in quality and quantity, helping both our internal team and our clients to find and hire talents as per their needs and qualifications, from personality to skills quality, in a timely manner.

- Executive Search for various roles, levels, industries through Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting, using variety of platforms, channels, and tools
- Regularly coordinating with users and/or clients to identify recruitment needs
- Intensively communicating with users and/or clients towards achieving recruitment goals
- Mapping and developing role criteria, including defining position and job descriptions, skills and background specifications
- Researching into client’s company, business strategy, and market place for mapping and recruiting purposes
- Database tracking and management
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Ad hoc recruitment tasks as assigned by Management
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- **Excellent English proficiencies**:

- Recruitment agency exposure will be a bonus
- Executive Search/Mass Recruitment/Outsourcing Recruitment experience is an advantage
- Naturally an inquisitive, observant, detail, target, and result-oriented person
- Accustomed to do research, and highly-motivated personality
- Familiar working with HRIS and/or ATS
- Familiar working with MS Office and G-Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
