Talent and Reward Analyst

Our Talent and Reward (T&R) team specialises in several different practices, including executive and broad-based rewards, employee insights, talent, communication and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Our integrated go-to-market approach to clients’ needs, paired with a strong network of specialists globally, is key to our success.
You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading consultants in areas such as research, talent management, benefits, global reward philosophy and frameworks, sales force effectiveness, compensation, communications and global databases.
**The Role**
You will be a key resource for two of the lines of business in the Talent and Rewards segment - Executive Compensation and Rewards. You’ll work side-by-side with consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industry.
- Managing databases of executive compensation information
- Building participation in our global compensation and market practice surveys and databases
- Assisting with survey data collections, such as explaining survey data definitions
- Collect compensation, benefits, performance, commercial and other data
- Conduct checks and validation as well as support data analysis
- Reporting using Excel and other technology tools
- Liaise with our data production team on data management and report production for surveys
- Performing industry and financial research
- Developing, analysing and calibrating incentive plan designs
- Drafting documents related to the analytic work for the team to present work to client audiences
- Increasing efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
- Partnering with consultants and clients to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward and retain talent
- Ensure clients’ reward programs are competitive by performing benchmarking analyses
- Keeping abreast of legal, regulatory and legislative trends that relate to corporate governance and executive compensation
**The Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work
- Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
- Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
- Ability to work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
