**Responsibilities**:

- **Merencanakan pengembangan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan produk fashion / apparel di counter OSELLA di dalam RETAIL DEPARTMENT STORE secara efektif dan efisien**:

- **Menjaga dan menghitung persentase margin antara pencapaian target penjualan (Sales) berbanding dengan biaya-biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan seperti biaya sewa tenant, biaya penggajian karyawan dll.**:

- **Menghitung potensi maksimal penjualan yang dapat dicapai dengan satuan per-Square Meter (m2).**:

- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dalam berkoordinasi / berkolaborasi antara counter OSELLA dengan pihak Department Store terkait.
- Mengatur dan mengelola tim operasional di counter OSELLA seperti penjualan, penampilan SPG/SPB, pengendalian (kontrol) inventory (stock barang di gudang) agar memínimalisir jumlah kehilangan barang.

**Requirements**:

- Maksimal 45 tahun, pendidikan mínimal D3 dari segala bidang studi.
- **Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Regional Manager, Operasional Manager maupun National Manager mínimal 5 tahun di bidang RETAIL DEPARTMENT STORE.**:

- Memahami penghitungan margin antara pencapaian sales berbanding dengan biaya operasional yang diperlukan.
- **Berpengalaman dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan pencapaian penjualan (sales) dan menekan biaya operasional dengan lebih dari 50 COUNTER FASHION di DEPARTMENT STORE**:

- Memberikan input kepada Brand Manager terkait kondisi-kondisi yang terjadi di lokasi counter, seperti barang slow & fast moving, komplain customer, dll..
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik, dan mampu memotivasi tim dengan baik untuk mencapai penjualan setiap bulan.
- **Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota untuk pengecekan operasional counter OSELLA di Department Store di lokasi -lokasi yang berada di luar kota.**

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp14.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
