APAC Compliance Manager
**Job Description Summary**

APAC Compliance Manager will join a dynamic and talented Global Ethics and Compliance team and advise the business on relevant ethics and compliance topics and issues. This position reports to the APAC Compliance Counsel.

**About Your Role**:

- Help the business integrate Ethics and Compliance into its daily management.
- Execution in the deployment of the compliance program in the APAC
- Support business in the execution Assist the APAC Compliance Counsel/Director in providing timely, accurate and pragmatic advice to relevant stakeholders in the APAC Region on a range of E&C issues, including working with government officials, use of third parties, due diligence issues, international trade regulations, etc.
- Actively promote employee awareness of the compliance policies/guidelines
- Support compliance training and communications, including tailoring content, audience identification, training delivery, and completion tracking.
- Assist the APAC Compliance Counsel/Director in conducting risk assessments and monitoring activities.
- Third party risk management - responsible for ensuring timely and accurate review of due diligence/economic sanctions screening of third parties.
- Executes on additional projects and workstreams as required to develop and mature the company’s Ethics & Compliance Program
- Support global investigation team in compliance related investigations.
- Compliance partner for business in providing advice and guidance on compliance policies and risk assessment.
- Collaborate strongly with internal stakeholders
- legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, HSSE, etc., to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance matters.

**About You**:

- University degree in Law required.
- Minimum experience (5+ years) working in an Ethics & Compliance department, preferably for a multi-national corporation.
- Understanding of anti-bribery & anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and trade sanctions regulations
- Self-confidence to take a firm stand and able to seek solutions to complex issues.
- Strong moral compass and unquestionable integrity.
- Excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, but collaborative with team and business stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion concerning highly confidential, privileged information.
- Fluency (read, write and speak) in English and Bahasa is required.
- Knowledge of any other Asian language will be an advantage.
- Certification like CCEP, CFE.
