Menyimpan catatan terorganisir mengenai pertanyaan, keluhan, dan penyelesaian pelanggan untuk referensi dan analisis di masa mendatang.

Komunikasikan umpan balik, tren, dan wawasan pelanggan yang relevan kepada manajemen dan tim relevan lainnya untuk peningkatan proses.

Membuat laporan bulanan terkait issue dan evaluasi

Tetap terinformasi tentang produk, layanan, fitur, dan pembaruan perusahaan untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terkini kepada pelanggan.

Terus memperluas basis pengetahuan melalui sesi pelatihan, demonstrasi produk, dan belajar mandiri.
Minimum SMA/SMK

Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai customer service / / Admin Penjualan Familiar dengan supply chain business process merupakan nilai tambah

Komunikasi interpersonal yang kuat, analitis dan pengambilan keputusan

Lancar berbahasa Inggris

Memiliki semangat tinggi dalam bekerja dan bertanggung jawab

Mampu bekerjasama dalam team

Mempunyai mengetik dengan cepat

Mampu melakukan pekerjaan secara multi-tasking

Mampu berkomunikasi serta bertingkah laku dengan sopan dan penuh etika
