Strategy Development Manager

The Strategy Development Manager, Indonesia will work closely with the Senior Management team. Will provide leadership, strategic planning, management, and vision necessary to ensure our strategy is consistent across the regional countries to meet the Company’s objective.
The Strategy Development Manager will work collaboratively with the different teams across the Company including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Technology to ensure our strategic goals are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Technology to ensure the successful execution of strategic goals.
- Provide strategic insights and inputs to support decision-making at the top management level.
- Conduct independent research and gather relevant insights to inform strategic decision-making and the development of business strategies.
- Collaborate with Directors, Heads of Departments, and other stakeholders to provide quality information for effective decision-making.
- Assist the CEO in delivering strategic and multi-dimensional business analytics, including presentations and reports.
- Prepare pre-read materials for CEO meetings, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain management scorecards and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Prepare management review decks and board meeting materials on a regular basis.
- Create CEO communication kits for both internal and external use.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality analysis, presentations, and meeting materials in a timely manner.
- Take responsibility for the organization and preparation of CEO meetings and engagements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in strategic planning or similar positions.
- Experience in commercials, finance, or business development is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economy, Finance, or Business from a reputable university (overseas graduate is an advantage).
- MBA qualification is preferable.
- High energy, self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and data-driven capabilities.
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize complex information and "connect the dots."
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in constructing and delivering senior-level (C-level) presentation slides, including structure, design/visualization, flows, and narratives.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
