- Manage Distribution Channels by enhancing levels of experience through all Omnichannel methods to International standards,
- Lead Customer Services Operation Teams for all business units and products
- Ensuring engagement on retail websites in order store onwards are perfect
- Ensuring manage all order communicationchannels to support all the customers with SLA 7 days a week
- Pro-active and deliver a level of excellence above that currently accepted by customers within Indonesia.
- Enhance sales via commercial channels and the service around.
- Build a culture of Customer and Process excellence,

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- Bachelor's degree holder any field related.
- Managerial level with latest 5+ years' experience in managing home delivery for e-commerce businesses that looks after retailers.
- Good at managing carrier relationships, warehouse relationships and managing SOPs related to packaging and quality of packaging
- Customer focused with key KPI's including OTIF, stock accuracy in feeds to our websites, delivery damages and handling of customer returns. As well as all your usual Customer Services KPI's like Response time, single touch resolution, CSAT etc.
- Fluent communication using English will be required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents are valuable
- Excellent leadership, team management and able to work with fast paced.
- Working system will be hybrid with 5 workdays with permanent status and office based in Jakarta
