Job Description
- Supervises the Recruitment activities.
- Oversees a company’s recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.
- In charge for end-to-end recruitment process for all level (especially Manager and above).
- Identify and propose advertising and recruiting needs based on the market and trends while maintaining the budget.
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Conduct job interviews for managerial and administrative job positions (or key jobs in the organization)

Background:

- Must have a Bachelors degree coupled with three years of recruiting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Min 8 Th Experience in Talent Acquisition Manager
- Must have progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong Experience hiring for Manager and Above Level.
- Ability to think critically - recognizes connections, translates goals into action, uses strong judgment to make choices in alignment with strategy and company culture/values.
- Strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Proficient in English.
