**About work**仕事内容について**:
Responsible to manage product readiness, training and development, technical support, equipment management, and customer engagement in after-sales business.
Develop Product Readiness includes but is not limited to the readiness of OMM, P/C, Inspection Checksheet, F/R Labor, and Product Certificate.
Develop Standard Equipment Maintenance Management to promote service as a business.
Manage Service Department and Service Network organization readiness including but not limited to Training & Assessment Program, Service activity promotion and evaluation, Digital Tutorial and Education Material, Service Tools and Facility, and Service Award Program.
Responsible for Manage Product and Customer Issues, conveying comprehensive solutions, and Handling Product Warranty Claim validation process.
Manage Customer Survey Program, Recover Detractors issues, and Supervise Call Center.
Manage Service Systems & Procedures and support Company ISO implementation.
