- Memproses semua administrasi yang berhubungan dengan karywan di cabang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna memínimalisasi tingkat penyimpangan yang terjadi.
- Melakukan sosialisasi dan melaksanakan semua program yang berkaitan dengan People and Culture di cabang yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, guna mendukung pencapaian target Regional People Partner secara keseluruhan.
- Mengelola dan menyelesaikan masalah hubungan karyawan yang kompleks dengan cara investigasi yang efektif, menyeluruh dan objektif.
- Memiliki pengetahuan legal yang mampu melindungi pihak terkait, dan/atau memiliki departemen hukum di perusahaan.
- Bekerja sama dengan manajemen dan karyawan untuk memperbaiki hubungan kerja, membangun moral, dan meningkatkan produktivitas dan retensi.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal 2 tahun berpengalaman sebagai HR khususnya Rekrutmen _(mass hiring)_
- Memiliki inisiatif berkembang dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Penempatan di **Regional Jawa Timur
