- Memantau dan mengawasi proses kerja dan penggunaan produk perusahaan oleh aplikator
- Memastikan media pengecatan di project berada pada kondisi optimal untuk pengecatan supaya tercapai pengecatan yang efektif dan optimal
- Memberikan edukasi mengenai penggunaan produk perusahaan ke customer baik project, retail maupun modern outlet sesuai kebutuhan
- Menangani seluruh komplain mengenai produk maupun aplikasi pengecatan dari customer project dan meneruskan ke bagian terkait di dalam perusahaan apabila dibutuhkan
- Memberikan dukungan-dukungan penjualan terkait dengan komponen teknis produk maupun proses pengecatan
- Menganalisa dan memvalidasi klaim garansi produk perusahaan
- Mengurus penanganan pemberian garansi perusahaan sesuai prosedur
- Melaksanakan uji coba lapangan produk baru perusahaan
- Pendidikan mínimal S1, terbuka untuk semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Technical Specialist/ Advisor/ Support di Industri Building Material adalah nilai lebih
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Mampu membaca dan membuat drawing bangunan menggunakan aplikasi merupakan kelebihan
- Mampu membuat presentasi dan melakukan presentasi product
- Diutamakan yang berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek
- Mampu mengendarai kendaraan baik Motor / Mobil (Memiliki SIM C/A aktif)
