Business Development Manager Rotary, Raisebore, Ground Support

1. Develop the Rotary, Raisebore, Ground Support new businesses in SSEA region by closely collaborating with SEA Regional BLM Tools and Territory Managers.
2. Map the potential market of Rotary, Raisebore, Ground Support products in countries within SSEA region and establish relationship with potential sales channels: distributorship or other indirect sales channels.
4. Responsible for understanding the customers and potential customers needs and perform a competitive benchmarking for better leverage of channel effectiveness.
5. Act as the main person to contact for enquiries coming from customers and potential customers for Rotary, Raisebore, Ground Support products.
6. Perform a market intelligence and update the market trend of Rotary, Raisebore, Ground Support products and customers, using both to define an effective business development strategy in the region.
7. Accountable to conduct and update the Territory Management for Percussive Drilling Product in SSEA region.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Sales, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development functions, Marketing or Sales engineering, working with international customers
- Strong understanding of commercial documentation / contracts is an asset
- Experience in production and mining industries / environments is an asset
- Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams
- Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Analytical capacity and oriented to the development of strategies.
- Excellent English language skills, reading, writing, verbal
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

**Technical Knowledge & Skill**:

- Excellent communication & presentation skill to various levels of stakeholders.
- Result oriented person with discipline to timeline and targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its market
