Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including supervising the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and HRIS for efficient data management.
- Conduct data analysis to support HR decision-making and enhance HR strategies.
- Present HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees at all levels.
- Communicate effectively with staff to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on HR matters.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Familiarity with ATS, Workday, PeopleSoft, and other HR software systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at various levels within the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
