HR Admin Operation

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, personal information, and employee documents.
- Update internal databases with new hire information and also termination information.
- Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for, etc)
- Being participated on any HR projects like job fair, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills, great time management, and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Had an educational background in Human Resources Management or relevant field
