**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in talent booking, or marketing is preferred.

- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- A good understanding of the modeling industry, including its trends and major players is crucial.
- As a representative of the agency, you should always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and scheduling software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secure modeling jobs for the models represented by the agency. This involves communicating with clients, negotiating fees, and coordinating the details of the job with the models.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, models, and other staff members and be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Schedule appointments for models to meet with clients, attend casting calls, and participate in photo shoots.
- Keep accurate records of clients, their needs, and their preferences in a client database. You may also need to update the database with information about models and their availability.
- Responsible for handling contracts, invoices, and other paperwork related to modeling jobs and need to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- You may be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for models, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
