- Mampu menyusun dan memberikan materi training marketing dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan mendelegasikan tugas kepada tim
- Mampu mencapai target sesuai batas waktu yang telah ditentukan
- Pria/Wanita, Usia max 38 tahun, Pendidikan min S1
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan publik dengan baik serta berkualitas
- Berpengalaman di bidang pengembang tim marketing terutama bagian keuangan mínimal 1thn
- Pro aktif dalam meraih target dan koordinasi dengan tim
- Kreatif, inovatif, komunikatif, antusias dan optimis
- Berpenampilan baik
- Memiliki network luas
