About the Role
1. Innovation activities to increase number of active agent and productivity as well.
2. Fully demonstrate key enablers to establish a culture of building strong Agency as one of the contributors in business development
1. Drive activation of new recruits and experience agents:
a. Working closely with CAOs and ABDPs to drive and monitor 6-90 days program (Training program, Join Field Work, etc) to increase number of New Recruits Activation in first year retention.
b. Build activation programs or events to reactivate existing non active Agents and sell this program to Agency and or ABDP.
2. Segment Agent behavior in first year and provide right program to activate them.
3. Owns Nurturing Leader Program and Circle of Billion Dollar Agency to drive team-building behavior and quality leader development culture.
4. Build up recognition programs and events to celebrate recruitment & internal leader promotion successes by working closely with Agency Marketing team
