- Lead, create WoW, and monitor innovation end to end process related to sales
- Collaborate with marketing to create design guidelines for channel visibility/POSM

**Key Requirements**
- Level of Education : Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Field of education : Marketing / Management / Economy / Technical
- Experience (including Management Experience) : Minimum 3 years of relevant category manager position, with minimum 2 years of management position (preferably from FMCG Industry). Project and Budget Management skills essential.
- English Proficiency : Conversant in oral & written
