**Job Overview**:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tech Support Agents to join our Tech Support team. The role involves providing front-line technical support to our customers, handling and resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Shipper's logistics systems.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Familiar with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or similar platforms for logging and managing support tickets.
- Log all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support ticketing system.
- Maintain our SLA (Service Level Agreement) by ensuring timely resolution of issues and prompt communication with customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current systems and services to provide accurate solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Familiarity with logistics systems is a plus.
