About The Role

As a Counter Head, you will be responsible for carrying out operational activities at the counter in accordance with the standards of excellence set by the company, including the visual arrangement of the counter and service standards, thereby encouraging customer satisfaction for those who shop at the counter to support the national targets set by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement service excellence standards for customers to ensure they feel satisfied with the service provided.
  • Arrange the display of goods on the counter according to the program, theme, and directions from superiors to make it attractive, beautiful, communicative, and capable of attracting customers' interest in impulsive buying to encourage branch targets to be achieved.
  • Prepare sales reports at the counter accurately and on time to provide complete information that can be used as analytical material for superiors in evaluating sales performance.
  • Monitor the performance of subordinates to identify the development of their technical and non-technical abilities.

Requirements:

  • S1, All majors
  • Minimum 3 years working as a Sales Supervisor / Store Manager.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Product Knowledge, Marketing Strategy, Operation Management, MS Office
