**Job Role**:
Technical
**- To Lead Engineering and Infrastructure team, to support development of sites including but not limited to managing implementation of infrastructure project.
- To Identify, design, evaluate, develop infrastructure, tools and machinery (electrical and mechanical) to ensure the design of infrastructure of mill / processing facilities, tools and machinery according to corporate strategy and operational needs.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate machine maintenance systems and policies, develop preventive maintenance system, supervise and control the implementation of machine maintenance to ensure the machine is maintained, ready to operate and has a high productivity and utilization based on the agreed budget.
- To develop the budget for infrastructure project and mill processing facilities including mill operational budget, and to monitor and supervise the budget implementation to ensure the implementation is within the approved budget.
- To develop the preventive maintenance for all the plantation machine and heavy equipment, and to ensure the preventive maintenance done according to the SOP and manufacturing recommendation.
- To ensure, all the sites infrastructure activity, such as Road, building, bridge, houses, and other facilities, are done as per approved budget, and maintaining the readiness all of those facilities with limited complain from the customers

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from Argoforestry/Plantation industry
- Understanding about Mill processing, operating, management and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skill.
