**Get to Know the Role**:
**We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Talent to join our team and lead our mission of nurturing lifelong learners across Indonesia.** As a Head of Talent, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, employer branding and compensation.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Establish and Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals, supporting both short
- and long-term business targets.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, providing expert guidance on employment practices, contracts, and labor relations and to ensure smooth operations across all HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Design and implement KPI systems that empower employees to achieve their goals, support business growth, and drive operational excellence.
- Lead the development of training programs, training needs, develop strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives and career growth opportunities, ensuring our employees are empowered to grow within the company.
- Build a positive, inclusive work culture through empathetic leadership, fostering engagement and strong employee relations.
- Create and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with our company goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to highlight our unique culture, values, and opportunities, ensuring that our reputation as an employer aligns with our business goals and vision.

**The Must Haves**:

- Possess minimum 5-7 years of Human Resource management experience and minimum 3 years in the leadership role
- Experienced in leading HR teams and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
