Head of IT Ops

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT. This role will develop a strategy for implementing and developing new information systems and technology networks, hardware and software) accompanied by an effective and efficient budgeting evaluation plan in accordance with

group business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish a long-term roadmap for the development and implementation of information systems and technology according to company needs and strategy
- Establish an evaluation system for the quality of implementation of appropriate information and technology systems.
- Ensure that information technology systems applied to various business functions can be integrated.
- Ensure that the information systems and technology implemented are available for use by business units according to the specified target time.
- Building a continuous communication system to ensure the needs of each department in various company business functions are met through development and implementation information systems and technology.
- Make reports and conduct work progress discussions in the IT Operations and IT Departments
- Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that all IT projects run according to the predetermined timeline.
- Implement overall IT security best practices in every system, technology and device which is implemented.
- Evaluate and plan the budget for the development and implementation of information systems and technology for company needs.
- Evaluate and plan IT Operation and IT Development resources effectively
- Developing capabilities and motivating the IT Operation and IT Development teams to be able to solve the challenges of implementing and developing information systems and technology.
- Ensure that HSE policies can run well at each work location.
- Responsible for carrying out and completing tasks given by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Education min. Bachelor degree from IT major
- Work experience min. 7 years leading IT in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse.
- Able to analyze problems and have good problem solving.
- Have good leadership skills.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master and understand the workflow of technology systems applied in the Logistics Sector.
- Mastering the technology systems applied in the Logistics Field (WMS & TMS).
- Mastering Waterfall and Agile System Development Methods, Devops and CI/CD, as well as programming languages in technology systems.
- Mastering Project Management and Budget Management.
- Have good oral and written English skills.
