- Assist the HR professionals in implementing an employee compensation and benefits administration program.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Willing to be based at Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding in local labour law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
- Detailed, good analytical skills, resourceful, strong with data and meticulous.
- Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity regarding employer & employee information.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- human resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)
