**Responsibilities**:

- Grow new business channels, owning every point of the process from pitch to negotiation to execution
- Maintain a strong understanding of trends, competitive landscape and how they relate to company goals
- Be creative to find ways for the company to expand into the right channel and locations
- Responsible for finding the right partners/ investors to work together with the company and becoming the main point of contact for investor management
- Own and handle end to end expansion process

**Key Requirements**:

- 7+ years of Business Development / Account management experience
- Proven track record of success in pitching and executing new business deals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and organization skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where self-direction and initiative are highly encouraged
- Possesses strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and vision
