One of Bali’s leading Villa Management companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign & Ad Manager to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking tools.
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to analyse campaign data, create reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Experience in crafting and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to brand goals.
- Understanding of ad creatives, compelling copywriting, and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with internal teams and present strategies clearly.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, remarketing campaigns, and programmatic advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute comprehensive ad campaigns for Google and Meta, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign metrics, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROI and meet KPIs effectively.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve targeting accuracy.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce impactful ad copy and visuals tailored to target audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to optimise spending and achieve maximum returns.
- Implement A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive continuous campaign improvements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, including insights and actionable recommendations, for stakeholders and creative teams.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Contact potential leads via phone or digital communication channels to introduce the company and establish rapport.
- Assess engagement levels and classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on their intent, readiness to purchase, and responsiveness.
- Identify and remove unqualified leads, including spam or those not aligned with the company’s target audience.
- Summarise key lead details, such as their requirements and readiness to buy, and brief the sales team for personalised follow-up efforts.
