Melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan training agent dengan cara komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan TL dan /atau PIC.
- Membuat rencana pelaksanaan training mingguan (kalender training).
- Membuat laporan pelatihan (nilai Post Test, Kehadiran, Evaluasi Pelatih).
- Melakukan pelatihan untuk agen/karyawan (baik secara online & offline), termasuk koordinasi penjadwalan, data peserta dan survey terhadap hasil pelatihan untuk Collection Agent di Perusahaan.
- Membuat dan update materi pelatihan
- Melalukan pelatihan yang meliputi pengetahuan mengenai produk dan pelatihan soft skill serta menangani permintaan untuk diskusi dan penyelesaian masalah.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. pendidikan S1 di semua jurusan
- Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun di indsutri training
- Berpengalaman di multifinance/fintech industry menjadi point plus
- Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
- Familiar dalam menggunakan Ms Excel
