**Skills & Requirement**
- Has a Bachelor's degree in English Education or related majors
- Has experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Business English
- Has min. 2 years of working experience in related field
- Passionate about teaching
- Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Has experience in teaching English for Adults
- Flexible and can work as a team player and self-driven when needed
- Has an approachable attitude
- Able to communicate effectively
- Computer literate

**Responsibilities**
- Handling and Teaching English classes for all staff
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials
- Handling 1 on 1 classes and group classes
- Arranging and organizing classes/ training classes
- Proofreading documents
- Conducting English Interviews for staff

**Goals**
- Able to influence staff to communicate in English with confidence
- Create a positive English-speaking environment
- Improve staff's ability in English communication
