- Experiences in previous Customer Success/Service roles will be highly considered
- Experiences in a B2C technology company will be highly considered

- Experience in service deliveries and management, Project Management Certification is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite software, proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure

**Jobdesc**:

- Responding to feedback, hard complain and soft complain
- Responding to customer inquiries within the service level agreement (SLA)
- Additional Leadership responsibilities
- Design and drive the user support and engagement process and tools
- Define and agree on the SLA for response and resolution of customer-related issues
- Establish a positive, can-do, customer-centric culture within the CS team
- Establish and set the team's targets and goals on an ongoing basis
- Responsible to achieve assigned targets for service sales, service delivery
- Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Implementing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, provides training, and develops capabilities and competencies
