This is an exciting opportunity to join Zalora’s CRM team. You need to work collaboratively across marketing channels, as well as with other departments to understand marketing processes
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the organization
**Requirements**:
- Meticulous and displays a sharp eye for detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to work to set briefs with strict deadlines
- Able to take ownership of work Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Be familiar with CRM platforms is a big plus (Braze, MoEngage)
- Be proficient in excel and data analyzing
