Solve Education is a non-profit organization committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, effective education. Whether these children and youth don’t go to school or the traditional education they receive is ineffective, we are here to help. We are currently looking for promising interns to join our Program Implementation and Innovation team to help us scale our impact to as many beneficiaries as possible.

**Job Responsibility**:

- To support project planning, coordination, documentation, and administrative task
- To assist in organizing project events, workshops, and training sessions
- To provide user support and address user complaints
- To build sustainable relationships and trust with users’ accounts through open and interactive communication

**Qualifications**:

- Based in Semarang, Indonesia
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, business administration, project management, marketing, communication, advertising or related disciplines)
- Is competent in verbal and written English communication
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to the success of the projects
- Ability to commit to a specific internship duration (e.g., 3 months)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Has analytical and problem-solving skills
