Job Description
Responsible for managing the end-to-end operation in Part time program and Online program, covering class management and evaluation, curriculum development and participant performance, Operation budgeting and collaborating with Revenue team in sales and marketing management.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the use of technology in education, including the implementation of new technologies and the integration of technology into existing curriculum.
Managing budgets and resources for the program.
Coordinating and monitoring class opening preparation and operations to ensure all required components are set e.g. instructors, rooms etc. and the classes run according to the standard.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of program activities.
Communicating progress and results to relevant parties, including management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Developing and managing partnerships and collaborations with other organizations in the education technology field.
Managing product development, in term of program development, and ensuring syllabus for classes are fit to the market needs and are quality controlled.
Managing evaluation initiatives for all classes in the program to collect consumer feedback and potential improvements.
Providing leadership and guidance to team and helping to develop their skills.
Managing the uncertainty of program/project and converting the changes into action plan.

**Qualifications**:
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information system or other related disciplines.

Working Experiences
4+ Years preferably in business development or product management (experience in the tech industry is a plus).
