Memantau segala rencana project dan jadwal project baik tim maupun individu.
- Berkomunikasi terbuka antar Divisi terkait Operasional, korespondensi dokumen, maupun dengan tim project terhadap progress project.
- Memproses dokumen, memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen, berkomunikasi dengan pihak ketiga dan membuat catatan serta report.
- Mampu mengkategorikan, mengarsipkan, memperbarui dan memverifikasi dokumen secara aktif.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melacak pengeluaran project tertentu dan mengawasi perencanaan pengelolaan sumber daya tim seperti absensi, jadwal shifting dan schedule pekerjaan.
- Memastikan kegiatan project tetap sesuai anggaran dan membuat laporan keuangan terkait pemasukan dan pengeluaran segala yang berhubungan dengan project.
- Membuat report mingguan dan bulanan.
Kualifikasi:
- Wanita, Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan terakhir D3 / S1 Sekretaris atau Administrasi lainnya yang relevan.
- Pengalaman di profesi Administrasi profesional atau Sekretaris atau Personal Assistant Direktur mínimal 2 tahun.
- Aktif, komunikatif, teliti, cermat.
- Jujur, bertanggungjawab, disiplin, loyalitas dan dedikasi.
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris mempunyai nilai tambah.
