**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking care of purchasing goods for IT needs and the need to open a new store, taking care of requests for procurement of goods from users / user needs and needs for new stores.
- Creating a Sales Associate in the RPRO system activates a sales associate ID in the RPRO system.
- Create internet POs and manage internet invoice administration. Create POs in NAV.
- Make a PR Document (Purchase Request) according to the request/need of the team.
- Manage settlement of CC Corporate.
- Invoice data recon.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
