Responsible for Human Capital operation processes including time management, personal admin, and employee master data.
- Employee recruitment process, which consists of sourcing, interview, assessment, and on boarding process.
- Verification and follow up of mandatory e-recruitment documents.
- Prepare MPP documents (contracts and permanent appointments), start the process of needs analysis, verification, checking employee data, and justification.
- Medical claim and monitoring employee attendance process, and reporting costs and activities to corporate.
- Make employee turnover reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta area
