**How you will contribute**

You will:

- 'Lead operational governance for AMEA international logistics network, establish performance metrics, engaging with market teams, carriers and 4PL and orchestrating formal (MBR, QBR) and informal performance governance framework.
- Drive continuous improvement in E2E international logistics network to enhance service, capacity, business continuity and generate productivity.
- Develop E2E logistics digital capability roadmap, qualifying functional capabilities, completing fit/gap analysis to marker business needs and developing business case to justify investments.
- Lead data analysis to deliver business insights to import/export markets including lead time performance, detentiona ans demuurage management etc.
- Work closely with the country teams to ensure compliance to standardized processes
- Ensure capability mastery and adoption of best practices across AMEA International Logistics community

**More about this role**
- Bachelor degree-required, Masters Preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG international logistics, across AMEA markets.
- Proven experience in import and export roles, with detailed knowledge of customs documentation & process requirements.
- Proven abilities implementing logistics digital enablers including TMS, WMS, Real time visibility and modeling tools.
- Strong analytical abilities to work with large datasets and develop business insights.
- Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills.
