**1. Manajemen Dokumen**:

- Mengelola dan menyusun dokumen perusahaan seperti kontrak, perjanjian, dan arsip penting.
- Menjaga keteraturan dan keamanan penyimpanan dokumen baik secara fisik maupun digital.

**2. Kepatuhan dan Legal**:

- Memastikan perusahaan mematuhi peraturan dan undang-undang yang berlaku.
- Membantu penyusunan laporan regulasi dan berkoordinasi dengan tim hukum untuk kebutuhan legal.

**3. Manajemen Proposal**:

- Menyusun dan mengedit proposal bisnis sesuai kebutuhan klien atau proyek.
- Melakukan riset pendukung untuk memperkuat isi proposal dan memastikan pengajuan tepat waktu.

**4. Mendukung Operasional Direktur Utama**:

- Membantu Direktur Utama dalam tugas sehari-hari seperti persiapan rapat, penyusunan laporan, dan koordinasi kegiatan.
- Minimum Qualifications: Lulusan D3 atau S1, serta SMA./SMK dengan jurusan atau sertifikasi yang sesuai
- Memiliki IPK di atas 3,5 atau rata rata raport di atas 8,75

**Memiliki Kemampuan Teknis**:

- Menguasai Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan sistem manajemen dokumen.
- Familiar dengan AI Tools seperti ChatGPT atau Gemini

**Memiliki Keterampilan Riset dan Analitis**:

- Mampu melakukan riset dan menganalisis informasi kompleks.
- Mampu membuat proposal dalam bentuk Powerpoint

**Memiliki Keterampilan Komunikasi**:

- Kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang baik dengan perhatian terhadap detail.
- Kemampuan berjejaring dengan orang di berbagai usia.
