About you and this role - What you would do in this role
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive business growth for Home and Personal Care products for Indonesia market.
- Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
- Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
- Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
- Builds a growth portfolio of short, medium and long-term opportunities with high probability of success.
- Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
- Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about customers and market development.
- Leads and conducts negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
- Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Science, Business or Marketing is preferred.
- High level of commercial acumen (strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation).
- At least 2 years prior work experience in Account Management or B2B Technical Sales. Having relevant experiences in Home and Personal Care ingredient sales experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and converting opportunities to sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
