Join us as a Sales Specialist for the Process Automation Business area where you will be driving digital and service sales in collaboration with the Sales Manager for the Pulp and Paper Industry in South East Asia. Primarily generating sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focused on installed base penetration (IB) in key accounts and sell the entire Service product portfolio with other ABB service units and continuously build long term customer relationship and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs/issues. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the cluster and implementing sales strategy. Penetrates IB, promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities for service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market. Focusing on the entire service portfolio to secure profit for assigned Business Units/Product Groups
- Generating Digital and Service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new portfolios
- Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Selling entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in the designated area(s). Charts out and monitoring sales proposals, tenders and following up proposal statistics
- Preparing ABB’s service offerings based on customer need. Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy. Manages administrative sales processes
- Ensuring safe working procedures and practices are always followed including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment; attendance at required health, safety, and environment training; report injury, incidents, hazards and near miss events. Model safe work behaviour in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Electrical, Automation, Electronics
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in Sales from Automation / related Pulp and Paper industry
- Good negotiation skill
- Good computer skill, esp. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce tool
- Good English communication skill
