Be part of our key accounts/project management office team where you will be an integral part in shaping, managing and delivering exciting projects that will have an impact on the business and organization. Some sample projects may include: seller experience, regional key accounts, policy go-to-market.

- Develop and manage end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements gathering, establish key metrics, build data pipeline, dashboard, and analyze data to drive the performance of our operations
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product goals. Identify and share insights and learnings to develop scalable solutions
- Manage complex cross-functional data and metrics projects and programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
- Driving category operations regionally in partnerships with country teams and cross-business teams to achieve combined OKR
- Framing the strategy for business in the region and ability to influence and manage decision makers internally and externally
- Structure and plan regional campaigns and XFN collaboration to execute successfully
- Running Projects across the region to pilot new ideas as well as achieve strategic objectives
- Enabling brand onboarding and increasing overall experience for Key accounts partners in the regions
- Use data and qualitative insights to provide impactful business recommendations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years or above experience in Internet e-commerce or other tech companies
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL or other querying languages
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience manipulating large data sets through object oriented programming (ex: Python), statistical software (R) or other methods
- Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, managing the intake process, and asking the right questions to scope and solve the requests
- Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive stakeholder, data and business issues
- Local knowledge with international mindset (experience in working overseas is a plus), willing to have some business travel; English as working language with second language is a plus to liaise with local market/team with barrier-free communication, expression and social skills
- Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthrough
