Our client, dedicated to sourcing, roasting, and serving exceptional coffee, to create unique experiences that celebrate the rich flavours of Indonesian coffee culture, is looking for an Area Retail Manager - East Java to join their team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Retail Management or a similar multi-outlet supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, revenue growth strategies, staff management, and performance management.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in coordinating with marketing teams.
- A results-driven leader with a passion for retail growth and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Commitment to maintaining high operational standards and driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the performance of all outlets within the East Java region.
- Coordinate with local marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns and activations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive growth in the area.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance.
- Manage and support outlet staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and fostering professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to outlet leadership teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align area operations with company objectives.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
