Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for Account Executive to ensure smooth operations in the finance team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system
- Maintaining accounting journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statement
- Performing monthly closing of financial statement
- Performing annual closing of financial statement
- Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Monthly Income Tax Article 21, 23, 4(2), VAT
- Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Annual Tax Return
- Processing disbursement requests and executing transaction to company's bank account
- Processing local invoicing to related customers
- Providing finance, accounting and tax administrative support
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy.
- Familiar with journal and financial reporting
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience with accounting software systems preferred.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa
- Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
