Front Office Intern

**What Will You Do**:
- Handling incoming calls and delivering them to the relevant department or individual.
- Delivering excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Managing appointments and conference room bookings.
- Assisting with mail and package handling.
- Handling and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment as well as maintaining records of incoming and outgoing mail.
**Minimum Qualifications: What Will You Need to Have**:
- A diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday from the office
- Having the ability to multitask and organize.
- Understanding of basic office operations and administrative activities.
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Knowledge of basic office operations and administrative responsibilities is essential.
