**Job Mission**:
The Sales (for Corporate Market) Responsible for complying with the budget of hotels in their designated segment or geographical areas with a vision of the area of origin business. Capture, develop and retain those accounts and carry out the actions established in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined in the hotel's Business Plan

**What will I have to do?**
1. Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Sales and Marketing in executing action plans designed to optimize operations and elevate customer satisfaction within their respective business units.
2. Achieve and surpass all predetermined financial targets set forth within the department.
3. Consistently exceed guest expectations by maintaining superior product standards, fostering staff productivity, and enhancing Gran Melia Jakarta's reputation among customers.
4. Foster and fortify relationships with both existing and potential corporate accounts.
5. Actively engage in sales calls, either independently or with team members, to maintain, enhance, or secure new business opportunities both domestically and internationally.
6. Execute and oversee the operational aspects of booked business, including scheduling appointments, corresponding with customers, creating proposals, drafting contracts, and compiling reports.
7. Delegate responsibilities or personally ensure the delivery of exceptional service throughout every customer's stay or event experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven working experience as Sales - for Corporate Market with a track record in the 5* hotel business
- Minimum 4 years’ experience handling Corporate accounts in 5-star International Luxury Hotel experience in Jakarta
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Fluency in English (both verbal and writing) preferably
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the Jakarta corporate market is highly desirable

- Proficiency in MS, Lanyon, Opera and other CRM software
