Tanggung Jawab Utama:
1. Merancang konsep acara sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

2. Mengelola anggaran acara dan memastikan semua pengeluaran sesuai rencana.

3.Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, supplier, dan tim internal.

5.Memantau jalannya acara untuk memastikan kelancaran.

6Membuat laporan evaluasi acara untuk perbaikan di masa depan.

Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan mínimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau sejenisnya.

2. Pengalaman kerja mínimal 2 tahun di bidang event management.

3. Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu dan multitasking yang baik.

4. Mahir menggunakan tools seperti Microsoft Office, Canva, atau software event management.

5. Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat.

6. Kreatif dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

7. Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan atau hari libur jika diperlukan
