We're seeking an experienced and passionate **Vendor & Catalogue Team Lead** to oversee and enhance our wedding vendor partnerships and product catalogue.

**Responsibilities***:

- ** Lead and manage the vendor and catalogue team** to ensure timely updates and smooth coordination.
- ** Develop relationships with wedding vendors** (e.g., florists, photographers, caterers) to expand and maintain a premium vendor portfolio.
- ** Negotiate vendor contracts** to secure the best offerings and rates for clients.
- Oversee the **creation and maintenance of the product and vendor catalogue**, ensuring all listings are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor **trends in the wedding industry** and integrate new products, services, and vendors accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and planning teams to align vendor selections with clients’ needs and expectations.
- Track **vendor performance and client feedback**, adjusting partnerships as needed.
- ** Analyze KPIs** related to vendor engagement, product catalogue updates, and team efficiency, reporting regularly to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **vendor management, procurement, or catalogue management** (preferably in the wedding or events industry).
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building** skills.
- Strong **leadership abilities** with experience managing a team.
- ** Organized and detail-oriented** with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems and vendor management tools**.
- Passionate about the wedding industry with an eye for emerging trends and market shifts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
