**Position Title**: Terra Sales Representative Specialist

**Company Profile**:
terra is a startup social enterprise based in Bali with a vision to be in the rest of Indonesia within 3 to 5 years. We make 100% natural, locally made, and affordable artisanal water filters through an environmentally sustainable manufacturing process. Our primary markets are the 27 million people in Indonesia who do not have access to safe drinking water, and people who are looking for cost savings, environmental or health benefits of using safe natural drinking water solutions. As a company, Our social objective is to improve health resulting in lives saved and more opportunities for childhood education. Our economic objective is to offer low-cost alternatives to existing methods of drinking water that result in cost savings, but also time savings for families. Our environmental objective is to engage the Indonesian community in more environmentally friendly practices such as minimizing single use plastic, and recycling or upcycling whenever possible. Our corporate mandate is to be a sustainable company that reinvests 100% of profits into operations and the local community so we can continue doing what we love, making the world a better place.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop urban and corporate sales strategies and tactics
- Conduct branding/sales activities on the field, such as attending events/conferences, whenever necessary
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Report field observations to management to improve existing sales strategy
- Commit to keeping detailed customer information and working with in-office team on the execution of customer service procedure
- Commit to weekly meetings with terra in-office team

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Must be based in Bali
- Must be able to demonstrate professional correspondence in Indonesian and English, spoken and written
- Demonstrated experience in sales for F&B and/or Hospitality industry in Bali
- At least 1 year of sales experience with proven sales results
- A great personality and a strong moral character. Trustworthy
- Professional in all interactions: dress code, verbal and written
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Go-getter and self-starter
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
