Content- Studio Production- We are looking for a Senior Podcast Partner Manager to drive our relationships with potential and existing podcasters in Indonesia.

- While the role encompasses multiple aspects of our podcast business, primarily, you’ll be working with major publishers and content creators to drive strategic partnerships; and ensure that Spotify is prioritized as a distribution platform, and that partners have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs. You'll also be the point person for creators in Indonesia working to increase Spotify’s appeal as a preferred platform and support their growth with the right tools and distribution strategy.

What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, onboard and support Partners and Creators in their Podcast efforts
- Be an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetisation tools, able to match the right product to the partner need and opportunity
- Drive strategic partnerships with key creators and partners, including new content partner acquisition and revenue share agreements.
- Be the point person for all major content partners in [market], responsible for finding the right offering to support them with audience growth and monetisation
- Identify, hire and lead relevant 3rd party agencies to assist in acquiring and developing of Podcasters at scale
- Explore opportunities to increase value from partnerships, by collaborating with teams across Spotify including Licensing, Operations, Programming, Marketing and Analytics
- Keep partners informed on the latest offerings from Spotify and sharing of industry standard process
- Support Content Teams on identification of suitable best-in-class distribution opportunities
- Continuously improve our platform perception by developing thought leadership and research initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across Spotify including Licensing, Operations, Programming, Marketing, Analytics and more to support partners and add strategic value
- Executive in charge of any Studios events in the market, including creator led events, shoots, recordings, press events, and show launch events

Who You Are
- You have at least 12+ years of work experience with a background in content partnerships, including experience with commercial deal making and business development
- You’re a go-getter who can make things happen, and lead through influence
- You have experience either in Partner Manager roles in major global media/tech Platforms and/or in talent/creator agencies/multi-channel networks where you played a key role in engaging partners/creators
- Familiarity with domestic content landscape
- Ability to turn data-backed insights into useful partnership strategies
- Love of podcasts and audio storytelling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to establish relationships with multiple functions at all levels of the organization and industry
- Fluency in the Indonesian language is mandatory
